At Oasis, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
